b. We will make the application on behalf of the estate.

a. Probate is granted (must allow at least 3 to 5 months).
b. The estate must pay all the debts of the estate.
c. After 6 months from the date of the grant, the estate can make the distribution of any remaining funds to the beneficiaries.

During the application process, we will communicate with all the creditors and the asset holder such as bank.

Upon receipt of the grant:
a. We will advertise for any creditors for a period of 1 month.
b. We will gather all the assets into our trust account on behalf of the estate.
c. We will pay any debts of the estate once the funds are received.

a. During the 6-months of the executor's liability period, we will communicate with all the beneficiaries to obtain their bank details and proof of identity.
b. We will prepare a statement of distribution for the executor's approval.

a. The 6 months is due, we will make the distribution to the beneficiaries.
b. The executor may required to engage an accountant for 'date of death tax return'.
c. Estate administration is completed.
